  • CV - Short Version

    Mathias Huebener is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the DIW Berlin Graduate Center. Mathias obtained a B.A. in Banking and Finance before he earned a Diploma in Economics at University of Essex. He studied his Master in Economic Policy at University College London. In his Master's thesis, Mathias empirically analyzed the role of family risk attitudes in education decisions and intergenerational mobility. Prior to joining the DIW Graduate Center in 2013, he worked as research associate in the Department of Education Policy at DIW Berlin. His major fields of research are the economics of education, policy evaluations and intergenerational mobility.
