    CV - Short Version

Max Hanisch is a postdoctoral researcher in the department of International Economics at the DIW Berlin. He studied Economics in Nuremberg, Örebro (Sweden) and Münster. In 2016 he received a PhD in Economics at the University of Münster for his work in empirical macroeconomics.

His research focuses on the empirical analysis of monetary and real shocks and their impact on the economy. Besides real variables the responses of (international) financial markets and their transmission channels are of crucial interest.
