  • CV - Short Version

    Josefine Koebe joined the Graduate School of the University of Hamburg in 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Berlin Humboldt University. Her current research interests are in applied microeconomics and econometrics, in particular in the field of early childhood education and family economics. In her master’s thesis, she studied the causal impact of the legal claim of a spot in childcare on the cognitive skills as well as the intention to study of adolescents. During her studies she worked at the Department of Education and Family of the DIW and in the German Parliament. After her Master studies, she was in deputy charge of the office of a Member of Parliament for two years.
