PanelWhiz

Stata users with Stata version 8.2 and above can use PanelWhiz, a collection of Stata ado-files, prepared by John Haisken-DeNew. PanelWhiz makes the use of panel data sets in Stata much easier and can be used by a donation to UNICEF. You find on the data distribution DVD a ready-to-go Stata version of the SOEP data for PanelWhiz, prepared by John Haisken-DeNew.

Bilangual Version

Stata users with Stata version 8.2 and above can use a bilingual version of the German SOEP data files. They just have to unpack the correponding ZIP-Archiv on the DVD with the password of the normal data distribution. More information in the installation instructions on the DVD.
