SUMMARY:The Global Costs of Conflict
DESCRIPTION:The German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin) and the Households in Conflict Network (HiCN) are organising an international research workshop on calculating the costs of conflict and related themes. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers from different institutes and to compare cutting-edge theoretical, empirical and methodological research on how to calculate the costs of conflict and on related themes.The deadline for submissions was December 1, 2009.
