DESCRIPTION:The German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin), the German Foundation for Peace Research (DSF) and the Households in Conflict Network (HiCN) are organizing an international research conference on the costs of conflict and related themes. The purpose of this conference is to bring together researchers and to compare theoretical, empirical and methodological research focusing on the costs and consequences of violent conflict.The deadline for submission of papers is 8 November 2010.Please see the call for papers for more information.
