SUMMARY:Workshop on TSO-DSO-PX Cooperation II
DESCRIPTION:Increasing shares of active consumers, distributed generators, new flexibility providers on the distribution network lead a need of coordination between TSO, DSOs and power exchanges.  In this workshop we would like to extend the discussion we had in Mannheim, and ask with more detail the question: What needs to be considered in the market design to coordinate producers, consumers, and flexibility providers, and which aspects of the operational rules governing the cooperation between TSOs and DSOs are relevant?
