    CV - Short Version

Vera Zipperer is currently a Ph.D. student at the DIW Berlin Graduate Center and research associate at the DIW department Climate Policy. She conducted her undergraduate studies in Economics in Maastricht and Singapore and earned her Master degree in Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona in 2011. After graduating she worked as a Junior Economist at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for three years, researching in the field of environmental economics. In her papers, next to developing a new indicator for green growth, she analysed empirically the economic effects of environmental regulation. Her research interests lie in environmental economics, macroeconomics and productivity.
