Project description

DIW Berlin's Climate Policy department has played an active role in coordinating the dialogue process between academic partners under the "Economics of Climate Change" program of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and stakeholders from the business, civil society and governance communities. This dialogue process included a transfer of knowledge and scientific results regarding economic aspects of climate change both from academia to practicioners and vice versa, for example through dedicated workshops, presentations and conferences, background discussion rounds or the publication of summary documents.
