    CV - Short Version

    Jana Hamdan is a Ph.D. student at Humboldt University of Berlin and the DIW Graduate Center. Her research is focused on the impact of behavioral biases and degree of financial education on financial development. She obtained her M.Sc. in Economics at University of Potsdam. During her studies, she worked as a student research assistant for the Department of Competition and Consumers at DIW Berlin and the Chair of Public Economics at University of Potsdam. During her undergraduate studies in Economics at Humboldt-University of Berlin, she spent one year abroad at Free University of Brussels. She joined the DIW Graduate Center in October 2017.
