Muhammed joined the BSE as a Ph.D. student in 2019. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in economics from Galatasaray University, he completed the interdisciplinary research master program Economics & Psychology that is co-directed by University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and University of Paris Descartes. Muhammed refers to experimental methods to investigate topics of game theory and behavioral finance. In his master thesis, he experimentally investigated the influence of repeated shocks on the evolution of expectations in games with strategic complementarities. He currently works on the DFG-funded research project “Aversion to Strategic Uncertainty (ASUR)” at TU Berlin.
