Longitudinal Research Forum Berlin-Brandenburg (LWBB)
Commissioned by the German Ministry for Education and Research(BMBF)
Contact: Jürgen Schupp, Elke Holst
The Longitudinal Working-Group Berlin-Brandenburg (LWBB) is a network of researchers from German Institute for Economic Research (DIW), Social Science Research Center Berlin (WZB), Max Planck Institute for Human Development and Education (MPIB) and Universities in Berlin and Brandenburg. It is an interdisciplinary forum for a critical and problem orientated dialogue funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Technology (BMBF). It has been established in 1997 to advance longitudinal survey analysis of large and complex data sets and to initiate theoretical and methodological progress in large-scale longitudinal surveys, in order to adjust them to the conditions brought about by continuing social and economic change.
