Quality Initiative
In the framework of the research group Quality Campaign, several first-rate researchers are driving the academic performance at DIW Berlin. Quality Campaign aims to give research at DIW Berlin expanded international visibility by providing new impulses, among them publications in high-profile professional journals. This research group also allows DIW Berlin to react more flexibly than before to new developments, in turn allowing it to better analyze new politically relevant themes. The group has contributed to advancing the state-of-the-arts at DIW Berlin, as had been urged by the Leibniz Gemeinschaft, and to making that research available and accessible for consulting. Research in Quality Campaign covers the entire spectrum of topics at DIW Berlin. Some of the research areas are subsumed under already existing cross-departmental research groups.
