SOEPinfo

SOEPinfo is the online central information-system which works with the complex database of the German Socio Economic Panel (SOEP).

It provides information on all variables for crosssectional and longitudinal analyses (item correspondent list) including unweighted frequencies and numbers of observations. Additionally, it is linked to the questionnaires in German and English language and helps generate SPSS, SAS, and Stata command files.

Unfortunately, we are not able to create an offline version of SOEPInfo for the new system softwares. Instead, we offer the codebooks with labels, frequencies and item correspondence as as pdf files for download.
