Die Corona-Krise hat auch die Forschung und Beratung am IAB vor immense Herausforderungen gestellt, denn damit stieg der Informationsbedarf in Politik und Praxis binnen kürzester Zeit dramatisch an. Um diesen zu befriedigen, hat das IAB in bis dato ungekanntem Umfang und in Rekordtempo bestehende Befragungen erweitert und zugleich neue Erhebungen aufgesetzt. Der Aufwand hat sich gelohnt.
