Roxane Pauli

Roxane Pauli is the equal opportunities intern at DIW Berlin. She studies Sociology and Gender Studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Her master's thesis focuses on the diversity strategies of six Berlin-based organizations. She also holds a master's degree in Sociology from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences) in Paris, where she conducted research on social inequality in access to museums.
