Research Topics and Working Areas

Philippa Cumming joined SOEP in 2022 as part of the IAB-BiB/FReDA-BAMF-SOEP project ‘Refugees from Ukraine in Germany’. Since 2023, she has been a research assistant in the SUARE project (longitudinal study on refugees from Ukraine in Germany). Here she is involved in data preparation and the integration of annual data into longitudinal datasets. Her research focuses on discrimination, health and family structures of refugees and migrants.
