Anastasiia Sedova is a doctoral student at the DIW Graduate Center since 2025. Her research interests lie in energy and environmental economics. Anastasiia earned her Bachelor's degree from Higher School of Economics, Moscow, and her Master's degree from the University of Heidelberg with a DAAD scholarship. Prior to joining DIW, Anastasiia gained experience as a research assistant at Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW), University of Mannheim and University of Hannover. Back in Russia, she worked an the Institute of Global Climate and Ecology with a focus on GHG inventory and national energy strategies.
