The Research Seminar on Environment, Resources and Climate (RSERC) is jointly organized by DIW Berlin, TU Berlin and MCC Berlin. It brings together environmental and resource economists from the Berlin and Potsdam universities and research institutions that discuss latest research by distinguished external scholars or by members of the group.
On May 3, Matti Liski (Aalto University Helsinki) will present his recent work on climate change and resource economics. He will discuss the effectiveness of climate policies, and in particular carbon pricing, in an environment of delayed climate change.
