Thomas Drechsel is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland, specializing in macroeconomics. He is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He completed his PhD at the prestigious London School of Economics in 2019, where he developed a strong foundation in economic theory and empirical research. His research focuses on key macroeconomic issues, including economic growth, policy, and the impact of global events on national economies.
