Berlin’s academic research institutions in economics cooperate more and more closely. The following seven institutions together form the Berlin Economics Research Associate (BERA) Program to promote post-doctoral research: the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin), the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HU), the School of Business and Economics at Freie Universität Berlin (FU), the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, the School of Economics and Management at Technische Universität Berlin (TU), the ESMT European School of Management and Technology Berlin (ESMT Berlin) and the Hertie School of Governance.

Several Research Associate Positions for BERA

for fixed-term appointments of up to a maximum of 6 years, according to German WissZeitVG - E 13 TV-L HU/TU/FU or E 14 TVöD (part-time work as well as employment contracts with two of the seven BERA institutions are possible; at DIW Berlin a tenure track option exists).
