Rebecca Scheffauer arbeitet als Postdoc am DIW und ist im Bereich der Surveymethodologie und -qualität tätig. Vor ihrer Anstellung am DIW absolvierte sie ihr Doktorat in Politikwissenschaften an der Universidad de Salamanca, wo sie Teil der Democracy Research Unit (DRU) war. Ihre bisherige Forschung deckt verschiedene Formen von politischer Teilnahme sowie eine Reihe von Medieneffekten ab.
