About WIMFEH

The annual Workshop for Women in Macroeconomics, Finance and Economic History (WIMFEH) is organized by the DIW Berlin. The aim is to bring together female academic researchers and practitioners to promote and exchange ideas in the field of Macroeconomics, Finance, and Economic History.

2nd Workshop (May 2021)

The 2nd annual Workshop for Women in Macroeconomics, Finance and Economic History will take place in May 2021.

Keynote lectures will be given by:

  • Yoosoon Chang (Indiana University)
  • Caroline Fohlin (Emory University)
  • Marie Hoerova (European Central Bank - ECB)

 

 

1st Workshop (17 - 18 June 2019)

The 1st annual Workshop for Women in Macroeconomics, Finance and Economic History featured keynote lectures by Claudia M. Buch (Deutsche Bundesbank), Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln (Goethe University Frankfurt) and Raffaela Giacomini (University College London).
