Fernanda is a Ph.D. Student and Research Associate at the Climate Policy Department, where she is working on the topic of transition risks in energy-intensive industries related to the economy's shift towards climate neutrality. She studied Public Policy at the Hertie School and Università Bocconi for her Master's degree and completed her Bachelor's degree at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV). For her Master's thesis, she analyzed the impact of energy taxes on energy poverty indicators in the EU at a macro level.
