Christina Stadler is a Ph.D. student at the DIW Berlin Graduate Center. Her research interests relate primarily to applied industrial organisation and competition policy. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in Industrial Organisation, from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Munich (LMU Munich). In her Master’s thesis she conducted a structural common ownership simulation for the German car market which is akin to a merger simulation taking into account the overlapping minority shares of institutional investors of German automotive companies.
