Leo Bartels

Leo is a PhD candidate at the Berlin School of Economics and DIW Berlin. He received his MSc in Economics from University College London and his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford. His research interests lie in empirical industrial organisation and competition policy.
