The course will take place on the week from July 4 to July 8 at DIW in the Eleanor Dulles room (5.2.010). On July 6, it will take place in the Gustav Schmoller Room (1.2.026). The course will be held by Prof. Steven Gabriel and Jeremy Eckhause from the University of Maryland. Topics will include:
non-linear optimization
integer modeling
complementarity modeling
stochastic modeling
application of these methods to energy and transport markets using the software GAMS.
